The second-largest Holy Week procession in the world after Seville, Spain. Declared Cultural Heritage of San Luis Potosí. Over 2,500 participants from 30 cofradías (brotherhoods) march silently through the historic center carrying religious images representing the Stations of the Cross. Participants wear hooded tunics in various colors. Atmosphere filled with incense, candlelight, drums, and bugles – but no speaking. Approximately 100,000+ spectators attend
